Our signature pizzas are prepared using a traditional biga method with 48-hour fermentation, creating a light and flavourful crust inspired by Naples. Alongside our pizzas, we serve fresh handmade pasta, seasonal ingredients and classic Italian dishes reinterpreted with a modern touch.
